Asgard Alcobev Limited has changed its registered office from Sr. No.186, Gavalwadi Road, Ashewadi, Ramshej, Nashik, Maharashtra, 422003 to CMJ House, Ferndale Complex, Block III, Keating Road, Shillong G.P.O., East Khasi Hills, Meghalaya, India, 793001, following approval from the Registrar of Companies and an order from the Regional Director dated 27/05/2026, according to a filing with the BSE Limited on September 9, 2026.
